Shipping Information

Orders within the United States:

Most orders ship the day we receive them at our fulfillment center. During peak periods we can experience a one or two day delay. AVERAGE delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Media Mail or UPS from the website, depending upon what you choose. To choose a different carrier, you will need to call in your order at 1-888-615-3186. Special shipping requests carry an additional handling charge.

Orders to Canada:

If you order from Canada, and you choose UPS as your mailing method, please understand that in addition to the UPS charge on this order, UPS will also collect a customs brokerage fee from you upon delivery of the order. Also, keep in mind that if your order delivery time can take longer than to 2-3 weeks.

International Orders:

For international orders, we ship via an international mail consolidator. Orders ship in bulk to the forwarder 1x per week.  The forwarder then places orders into the various postal systems throughout the world (or in the case of very large orders, ships through private carriers).  It is not uncommon for the process to take more than a month, and in extreme cases up to 90 days.

Please note:

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.

All shipments that are not sent via UPS are at the risk of the buyer since we cannot track packages shipped via the mail consolidator.

Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than four weeks from the date of your order. Delays can occur which are out of our control.
