Orders
Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it's submitted. So we cannot make changes, corrections,
and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect information.
The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling and accuracy of the content of the order.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders ship the day we receive them at our fulfillment center. During peak periods we can experience a one or two day
delay. AVERAGE delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Media Mail or UPS from the website, depending
upon what you choose. To choose a different carrier, you will need to call in your order at 1-888-615-3186. Special shipping requests
carry an additional handling charge.
For international orders, unless you select UPS with its accompanying charges as the shipping method for your order, we will ship
via an international mail consolidator. All shipments that are not sent via UPS are at the risk of the buyer since we cannot
track packages shipped via the mail consolidator. If you order from Canada, please understand that, in addition to the UPS charge
on this order, UPS will also collect a customs brokerage fee from you upon delivery of the order.
Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.
Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than four weeks from the date of your order. Delays can occur which
are out of our control.
Return Policy
Items are not sold on approval. No exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Problems must be noted within 30 days of
receipt of product.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
