Fr. Mitch Pacwa, S.J. is a scholar, author, and popular television host of several EWTN (www.ewtn.com) television and radio programs, including "EWTN Live" and "The Holy Rosary in the Holy Land. An accomplished biblical scholar and apologist, Father Pacwa earned his Ph.D. in Old Testament from Vanderbilt University. He also holds a Master of Divinity and S.T.B. from the Jesuit School of Theology at Loyola University. He speaks a dozen languages, including Arabic, Aramaic, Hebrew, and Koine (New Testament) Greek.

Craig Blomberg, Ph.D., is Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Denver Seminary.

Dr. Craig Blomberg joined the faculty of Denver Seminary in 1986. He completed his Ph.D. in New Testament, specializing in the parables and the writings of Luke-Acts, at Aberdeen University in Scotland . He received an M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a B.A. from Augustana College . Before joining the faculty of Denver Seminary, he taught at Palm Beach Atlantic College and was a research fellow in Cambridge, England with Tyndale House.

Craig Evans, Ph.D., is Payzant Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Acadia Divinity College of Acadia University, in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada. He received his B.A. degree in History and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College, his M.Div. degree from Western Baptist Seminary in Portland, Oregon, and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Biblical Studies from Claremont Graduate University in southern California.

After teaching one year at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Evans taught at Trinity Western University in British Columbia for twenty-one years, where he directed the graduate program in Biblical Studies and founded the Dead Sea Scrolls Institute. He was also for one year a Visiting Fellow at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. Evans joined the Acadia Divinity College faculty in 2002.

Dr. Evans is the author and editor of more than fifty books and hundreds of articles and reviews, including the recently published Fabricating Jesus: How Modern Scholars Distort the Gospels. He has given lectures at Cambridge, Durham, Oxford, Yale, and other universities, colleges, seminaries, and museums, such as the Field Museum in Chicago and the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Ottawa. He also regularly lectures and gives talks at popular conferences and retreats on the Bible and Archaeology, and Jesus and the Dead Sea Scrolls. Evans has appeared several times on the television programs Faith and Reason and the John Ankerberg Show. He has appeared in several History Channel and BBC documentaries and is a regular guest on Dateline NBC. Dr. Timothy C. Gray is Professor of Sacred Scripture at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary, Director of the Denver Catholic Biblical School, and Professor of Sacred Scripture at the Augustine Institute. He holds a PhD in Biblical Studies from Catholic University of America, a ThM degree in Scripture from Duke University and an MA degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

He is author of The Luminous Mysteries, Sacraments in Scripture and Mission of the Messiah, all published by Emmaus Road Publishing. He is co-author of Boys to Men: the Transforming Power of Virtue, as well as a contributing author for the Catholic for a Reason series. Dr. Gary R. Habermas (PhD, Michigan State University) is Distinguished Research Professor and Chair of the Department of Philosophy and Theology at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. The author of twenty-seven books, dozens of chapters in multi-author volumes and over one hundred articles, Habermas is an expert in defending the historic Resurrection, and his work in that area is often cited in the area of Christian apologetics. He has also specialized in cataloging and communicating trends among scholars in the field of historical Jesus and New Testament studies.

In 1985, Dr. Habermas and renowned philosopher Antony Flew debated the question of Jesus' resurrection as a literal and historical/physical event, before a crowd of three thousand people. The debate was judged by professional debate judges and was published as a book under the title Did Jesus Rise from the Dead? The Resurrection Debate (Harper & Row, 1987). Dr. Amy-Jill Levine is E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Professor of New Testament Studies at Vanderbilt University Divinity School, Department of Religious Studies, and Graduate Department of Religion. Holding a B.A. from Smith College, an M.A. and Ph.D. from Duke University, and an honorary Doctor of Ministry from the University of Richmond, Levine has been awarded grants from the Mellon Foundation, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the American Council of Learned Societies. She has held office in the Society of Biblical Literature, the Catholic Biblical Association, and the Association for Jewish Studies.

Her most recent publications include The Misunderstood Jew: The Church and the Scandal of the Jewish Jesus (HarperSanFrancisco, 2006), the edited collection, The Historical Jesus in Context (Princeton University Press, 2006) and the fourteen-volume series, Feminist Companions to the New Testament and Early Christian Writings (Continuum). Dr. Edward (Ted) Sri is professor of theology and Scripture at the Augustine Institute's Master's in Catechetics and Evangelization program in Denver, Colorado. He holds a license in sacred theology (S.T.L.) from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome. He appears on EWTN and regularly writes and speaks on Scripture, apologetics and the Catholic faith. He also serves as a visiting professor at Benedictine College, where he taught full-time for nine years. He also is a campus director for the Fellowship Of Catholic University Students (FOCUS).

Ben Witherington III is Professor of New Testament Interpretation at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. A graduate of UNC, Chapel Hill, he went on to receive the M.Div. degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. from the University of Durham in England. He is now considered one of the top evangelical scholars in the world, and is an elected member of the prestigious SNTS, a society dedicated to New Testament studies.

He has also taught at Ashland Theological Seminary, Vanderbilt University, Duke Divinity School and Gordon-Conwell. A popular lecturer, Dr. Witherington has presented seminars for churches, colleges and biblical meetings not only in the United States but also in England, Estonia, Russia, Europe, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Australia. He has also led tours to Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Jordan, and Egypt.

Dr. Witherington has written over thirty books, including The Jesus Quest and The Paul Quest, both of which were selected as top biblical studies works by Christianity Today. He also writes for many church and scholarly publications, and is a frequent contributor to the Beliefnet website.
