Probe more deeply into Bishop Barron’s message using the The Mass companion Leader Guide.

The Leader's Guide includes the Facilitator’s Guide, all six lessons from the participant's Study Guide, and an Answer Key for the Questions for Understanding.  The Facilitator’s Guide details how to plan, promote, and present the study. Each workbook features a matte finish that is soft to the touch, non-glare, and scuff-resistant. Its flat binding is both sturdy and sleek, sure to withstand many uses, as well as look elegant on your bookshelf.

For group study, you can present the program in six or seven sessions of 60-90 minutes.  Each session should include video viewing and group discussion of Study Guide questions.

Each lesson in the Guide provides detailed commentary on Bishop Barron's video and "Questions for Understanding" based on the video, Scripture, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The "Questions for Application" in each lesson aid in connecting the material to our own lives and experiences.

The study commentary was written by Elizabeth Scalia, a popular author, editor, and speaker, under the direction of Bishop Barron.  Ms. Scalia is also a Benedictine oblate and managing editor of the Catholic Portal at Patheos.com.

Participants read the commentary in their Study Guide and prepare the questions before the small group discussion. This preparation can be accomplished either before or after viewing the video.
