This is the Christmas version of our popular Catholic Book & Film Fair!
Who wouldn't love to have some fantastic, entertaining, educational, spiritual, thought-provoking Catholic materials to put under their tree for the ones they love this Christmas? And who wouldn't love to be among those opening them? Definitely a Catholic dream come true for both giver and receiver!
And we want to help make this dream come true along with raising funds for your parish, school, youth group or special project.
By partnering with Ignatius Press, one of the world's leading Catholic publishers and suppliers of quality Catholic materials, you can offer these wonderful products right in your own church or school, after Masses and at special events or social gatherings.
Here’s How It Works:
Ignatius Press will collaborate with you to set up the best program for your school, parish or organization. We have provided a list of recommended products you can choose from to "Build Your Own" Fair! If you know of other Ignatius Press products you would like to offer at your Fair that you have seen in our catalogs or at the www.ignatius.com website, you can add those as well after reaching the required minimum with the recommended products. Remember, any discounted prices you see in the catalogs or on the Ignatius.com website do not apply to the Fair. Your discounts are based on retail prices and you will also receive free shipping on all products sent to you. Also keep in mind the special exceptions, noted below, regarding our Religious Education materials.

We offer several options from which you may choose to "Build Your Own" Fair:

45% Discount Non-Returnable Option
This option offers the largest number of products with the highest percentage of profit.
To qualify for this option and receive a 45% discount on your initial order, your school, parish or organization must agree to purchase products totaling $2,000 or more at regular retail costs ($1,100 at the 45% discounted cost). They must also agree they will not return any products for credit.
Be sure to fill out the 45% Non-Returnable agreement form.
Ignatius Press has created a recommended list of our best-selling DVDs, books, CDs, and other religious materials. You will be able to go through the list and decide on the number of each product you would like to have at your Fair.
Click on the Initial Order Product List and then click on the 45% option at the top. You can then begin selecting the number of each product you would like to have at your Fair. You will notice a running list on the right giving you the Retail Total as well as the approximate discounted Order Total.
Once you have reached the total necessary for this discount and are ready to print your list, click Finish at the top, fill in the required information at the bottom, then click Get Formatted Order and follow directions at the bottom for copying, pasting and either e-mailing your order or faxing it with your completed agreement form.
You must reach a total of at least $2,000 retail from the recommended list to qualify for the 45% discount option. Once you have reached that total, if there are other Ignatius Press products not on the list that you would like to have at your Fair, you may purchase as many as you wish at a 35% discount. Just add the appropriate information, including quantity, code, and regular retail cost to the Additional Products List and either fax or email with your order.

All products in your initial shipment selected from the recommended list will be sold to you at 55% of the standard retail cost (a 45% profit!) with the exceptions noted below. All products in your initial shipment selected from other sources and added to your Additional Products List will be sold to you at 65% of their standard retail cost (a 35% discount!) with the exceptions noted below. You can also take orders at your Fair for additional products customers wish to order from Ignatius Press catalogs and from the website. Orders must be placed at the retail price through your Fair in order to be credited to your school, parish or organization.
All additional products ordered during your Fair will be at 70% of the regular retail cost (a 30% profit!) with the exceptions noted below.

40% Discount Non-Returnable Option
This option works the same as above, but applies to a lower total regular retail cost of products selected from the recommended list for your Fair.
To qualify for this option your school, parish or organization must agree to purchase products from the recommended list totaling from $1,500 to $1,999.99 at regular retail costs. They must also agree they will not return any products for credit.
Be sure to fill out the 40% Non-Returnable agreement form.

Catalog Only Option
With this option, Ignatius Press will provide you with a pdf of the Ignatius Press Catholic Book & Film Fair catalogs and order forms that you will be able to e-mail to your potential customers such as school families, parish families, members of an organization and others. You will take orders, collect payments made to your parish, school or organization, place a master order with Ignatius Press, distribute products and send payment to Ignatius Press with a check or money order from your parish, school or organization.
In order to qualify for a discount, you must place a catalog order of $300 or more. All products ordered through your Catalog-Only Fair will be sold to you at 70% of their standard retail cost (a 30% profit!) as long as your total order is $300 or more, with the exceptions noted below. You can also take orders for additional products customers wish to order from other Ignatius Press catalogs and from the website, earning the same profit. Orders must be placed through your Fair in order to be credited to your school, parish or organization. Ignatius Press will pay shipping costs to send the products to the one address you provide on your Catalog-Only agreement form.

For All Product Fair Options Ignatius Press Will:
- Pay the shipping to locations in the Continental United States (please check with us for shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) to send the initial products as well as any additional products ordered through your Fair to you! All products will be shipped to the address you designate on your agreement form.
- Provide you with downloadable and printable promotional materials including posters, flyers, and a sample bulletin announcement. You can also access these from this website and print as many as you need.
- Provide you with a pdf of the most recent Ignatius Press catalog and order forms or digital versions (downloadable from this website) that you can provide to potential customers.
- All orders for products after the initial shipment will be purchased by the host organization for 70% of the items' regular retail prices thereby enabling you to make a profit of 30% of sales at retail prices (Exceptions: 20% for Faith and Life and Image of God series; no profit available on any of the Didache books).
- No advance payment is required. Payments will be completed at the end of your 6-week maximum event.
The Host Parish, School Or Organization Will:
- Advertise the Ignatius Press Catholic Book and Film Fair event.
- Provide tables for proper display of the Ignatius Press materials.
- Provide enough people to adequately handle sales.
- Make sure all checks are made payable to the parish, school or organization so that one check can be sent to Ignatius Press for payment of the products purchased.
